Delivery

Delivery is available to your curbside or loading dock for an additional charge, based upon the one-way driving distance. There's a three-bin minimum order for delivery. Delivery timeslots fill up fast so please get your order in and paid early! Note: You may not get the exact delivery timeslot you want, so have a cool, dry place to store the pumpkins before your event.

Offloading/unloading is your responsibility when we arrive on site. A forklift is best, else have at least three strong individuals at the ready to unload. Of course we'll help out. Allow about 10 minutes to unload each bin.

Delivery cost varies by location and date, so contact us for your delivery quote when you place your order.

What's a Bin?

A standard bin is a sturdy open-topped cardboard container approximately 3ft high on a 3-1/2ft x 4ft wood pallet base. A full bin weighs 600-900 pounds, depending upon the size and type of pumpkin. To move bins, a forklift or tractor with pallet forks is best. Bins may also be unloaded with care by hand. Pie, specialty, and minature pumpkins or gourds are sold in "short bins", which are half the height of a standard bin. But they weigh about the same, due to their higher density.

Payment

Pumpkin orders may be paid in advance or must be paid at time of delivery or pickup. We take cash, local check, GooglePay, ApplePay, Venmo, Zelle, or credit/debit card. Card and Venmo payments incur an additional 3.5% to cover the bank's processing fee.

Pumpkin Storage

Pumpkins stored in a cool shaded area - out of the direct sun -- keep well through Halloween and often until Thanksgiving. When they get soft, don't discard them - feed them to your pets and wildlife - they're a healthy treat that most critters love!

Custom Bin Mixes

Custom mixes are available, such as a 40-count Medium-Large bin, a Size Sampler Assortment bin, or an Orange/White Dazzler mix. Use your imagination! Contact us for lead times, minimums, and pricing.

Pumpkin Fodder for Animals

Fall Mountain Farm - Pumpkins In Bins

By the end of October we have many wrinkled, frost-damaged, or just-plain-ugly pumpkins that, even tho they don't look so good, are actually quite healthy for animals to eat. They're loved by cows, sheep, horses, donkeys, pigs, goats, deer, rabbits, and -- yes -- dogs!

We sell these at a steep discount, generally in bulk but you may also pick thru them individually. Contact us to get your pumpkin fodder and make your critters happy!
